Midsummer Nights Green farm to table dinner
LFI’s signature Farm-to-Table Dinner is the event of the season - an unforgettable summer evening that turns Revelstoke’s freshest fields into your dining room, and our local producers and chefs into the evening’s headliners.
Picture a long harvest table set beneath the mountain sunset. Every course influenced by food that is grown, raised, or crafted within arm’s reach of town: vibrant greens and heirloom vegetables pulled from nearby soil that morning, pasture-raised meats from family farms. In 2025 the evening was curated and cooked by the talented chef Alisdair Aitken. Each bite is enhanced by Revelstoke-made craft beer or small-batch spirits, so the flavors of the land carry straight through to the glass.
More than a dinner, this fundraiser pours directly back into our community food programs, ensuring that the abundance we celebrate at the dinner nourishes Revelstokians all year long.
