Midsummer Nights Green farm-to-table dinner is back for 2026!

LFI’s signature Farm-to-Table Dinner is the event of the season - an unforgettable summer evening that celebrates our local food & growing culture.

Picture a long harvest table set beneath the mountain sunset. Every course influenced by food that is grown, raised, or crafted within arm’s reach of town: vibrant greens and heirloom vegetables pulled from nearby soil that morning, pasture-raised meats from family farms. In 2026 the evening was curated and cooked by Chef Jimmy of Arrowhead Catering. Each bite is enhanced by Revelstoke-made craft beer or small-batch spirits, so the flavors of the land carry straight through to the glass.

WHEN: Saturday, August 15th 2026 5:30pm

WHERE: A local Revelstoke property worth celebrating (location disclosed to attendees closer to the date).

TRANSPORTAION: Bike or Revy Rides.

COST: $125

WHATS INCLUDED: Arrival cocktail + crudite, 3 course meal & table wine, live music, raffle & local food experience.

Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Nut Free dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

More than a dinner, this fundraiser pours directly back into our community food programs, ensuring that the abundance we celebrate at the dinner nourishes Revelstokians all year long. Funds raised go towards funding our community gardens and youth education programs.
