  • Food Literacy: Campers will forge a deeper understanding about their relationship with food and our local food systems.

  • Gardening: The campers will do hands-on learning about local food growing, and care for a local garden that will produce food to be donated to the local food bank.

  • Farming: Opportunities to learn about our local farmers and how they contribute to our community.

  • Foraging: The campers will learn about responsible foraging, and how it can be a part of food sources.

  • Pollinators: Learn about the importance of bees, bats and other pollinators to our local food systems.
