LFI’s signature Farm-to-Table Dinner is the event of the season - an unforgettable summer evening that celebrates our local food & growing culture.
Picture a long harvest table set beneath the mountain sunset. Every course influenced by food that is grown, raised, or crafted within arm’s reach of town: vibrant greens and heirloom vegetables pulled from nearby soil that morning, pasture-raised meats from family farms. In 2026 the evening was curated and cooked by Chef Jimmy of Arrowhead Catering. Each bite is enhanced by Revelstoke-made craft beer or small-batch spirits, so the flavors of the land carry straight through to the glass.
WHEN: Saturday, August 15th 2026.
WHERE: A local Revelstoke property worth celebrating (location disclosed to attendees closer to the date).
